Here’s a list of volleyball drills that can help improve various aspects of your volleyball game:

• Setter-Hitter Connection: Work on the connection between setters and hitters.

• Work on your shots. Talk to your setter on different shots you would like to work on. This could be line, cut, roll shots, out of system shots, tips, etc.
• Work with your setter in speeding up the tempo.

• Hitter Approach: Practice the approach and swinging technique. Be sure to tell them to swing faster and Not harder. You may want to work off a box in the beginning to focus more on arm swing, contact , and framing.

• Blocker vs. Hitter: Simulate blocking and hitting situations.

• You can work on Tooling and swiping as well.

• Hitting Lines: Hitters take turns hitting sets from different positions.

• Just make sure the team or individuals have something specific to focus on. Don't just hit for the sake of hitting.
