Different Volleyball Defenses

Man Up

Volleyball Man Up Defense is unique defense which typically uses the right back player up behind the block to pick up all tips. There is also minimal movement for the other 2 backrow players as they split the court.

Defense Vs RH:

Defense Vs MH:

The standard Man Up defense is not your standard defense as your base in the backrow is flipped with 1 player playing up for tips and the other 2 staying back for perimeter hits.
